It was good, but really busy. I had the CEO talking shit to me today.

this is why I really liked running my own company.  If I was getting any flack, I was probably looking in the mirror.

always a good thing when the superiors are good people.

I do understand that. Still the M110  with an 8 inch round is going to hurt some stuff. Plus around 10 vehicles with 14.5mm can do a bunch. Its still not enough to to get away though. Its pointless to try.

I really need to get my wood burning situation squared away.

House has a fake brick fireplace the original owner was going to put electric logs in (). I've got a wood burning insert I bought to install and run to a real flue outside. Problem is the walls are like foot thick brick, so I'll need someone to bore through it, and I need to redo the "firebox" to better accommodate the insert. Both take money which is in increasingly short supply.

If I had the space I'd do a standalone stove, which would certainly be easier, but unfortunately I don't. I will have wood heat in this house eventually. Almost sacrilege to have a nearly 2 century old home without it.

The outside wood boiler has the advantage that you're not hauling firewood/mice/mice droppings/bugs into the house to burn. The insurance companies also like outside wood boilers as they remove much of the risk associated with fire. My home had one when I bought it and I'm warming up to its use.

I have two circuits with four pumps. One circuit feeds both furnaces and the other feeds a pair of radiators in the garage. The system runs +160 degree water through tubes and a 220 gallon boiler. About $6-8,000 for an installation here plus the internal plumbing cost which can be a couple thousand more.

I looked at a house that had one. Would have loved it. Was a really nice setup overall with a shop and acreage in fact. Priced in my range. Problem was it was just a bit too far out in the sticks to make it work for work.

No faster than what is in the convoy. Acceleration they would be but top speed its not happening. Plus 7.62x51 will shred them especially at close range. Its very light armor. Scouts don't play up close.
