Quoted: So I happen to live on a hill, and a damn steep one at that. Around here it's been known as "Suicide Hill" for longer than I've been alive, but I've never found any proof that it actually earned it's name. It's the place where everyone in town comes when it snows and ices over, because the sledding is absolutely awesome. Having said that, it's also a real bitch to get up given the right circumstances, like worn out tires or a rainy Fall when there's lots of leaves in the street. And occasionally we get some entertainment from NDB's, which is Non Driving Bastards for those who don't know. Last Thursday my Mom sent me this picture late in the afternoon to show me what I was missing by being at work. This is 2 houses down from me (the folks live the next house up from me) and apparently the guy in the RV tried coming up the hill towing the little black car. I'm guessing he stopped at the cross street even though he had the right of way, couldn't get moving again (which happens often), and then panicked. He went backwards down the hill, wadded up his little Chevy commuter car and landed his RV on top on both of my neighbor's cars. Shit way to start off the holiday weekend. https://i.postimg.cc/zB6q4LQ7/image000000.jpg View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: RV squatters. Quoted: Cash game initial buy in is 200 then you can buy in for whatever you are down. So lose 200 you can buy in for 400. It is a really good game no soft play and we have cigars and top shelf whiskeys. We basically pass the same money around the table and it was my turn to pay. Pooph!
My wife is from Thailand and listens to Thai video bloggers. I'm in the kitchen fixing lunch listening to the chatter of the Thai hosts going back-n-forth and then I hear POOPH! then more Thai chatter and another POOPH! and them more and more. I go over and ask my wife and the hosts are talking about Pooph in Thailand and how good it is. |

View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: No bottled-in-bond recco but last year I had won a bourbon basket with two varieties of Horse Soldier. One was barrel strength and the other was their standard. Both are fantastic. I finished the standard a while ago but noticed on my last trip to Costco like a week ago they happened to have some. Got a bottle. 2/3 gone. In fact, now I'm thinking about getting some instead of my beer. You should be able to find it where you are. mainly I'm looking for something with a 100 proof or higher. https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/102941/010C8244-F5D5-4BD2-A3FC-22620E0AB02A_jpe-2838378.JPG Price is like $75 IIRC. Quoted: Oh shit! So they lost it going down hill backwards? View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Shit way to start off the holiday weekend. So they lost it going down hill backwards? Yeah, the RV looks too new to have had a brake failure so I'm guessing they just panicked. I remember a few years ago there was an elderly lady who came up the hill, got confused and then was too afraid to go back down. I had to drive her car back to the bottom just to calm her down, and she was so shaken up that I ended up driving her all the way to her friend's house and had my son come pick me up. |

This is what volusia is worried about? Jesus Apparently. All the crime and shit going on and they arrest an old man who may have broken a sprinkler head. As long as everyone makes it home safe Old man should have said sure, I'll replace it. Went to Home Depot, stole a sprinkler and gave it to him. Would have got in less trouble. |
