I'll stick to this little corner of the interweb

Sometimes it is instructive- in the anthropological studies sense- to look at the replies.  Some are from jokers, some from fools and fanbois, some from wikipedia experts, some from fools who think they are experts, and some from real SMEs.  The real goal is to be able to tell the difference between these types of replies without being knowledgeable of the subject yourself.  Think of it as an exercise in bullshit detection....

I would make a history of non-contributing replies a hellbannable offense.

Hellban = only other hellbanned users can see your posts.

Plus the surefire doesn't have a cowitnessed visible laser. Zeroing an IR laser is hard if you don't have access to a private range.

I grilled up some picanha steaks last night and I realized I've had this Weber grill for over 20 years...

And it's just now starting to fall apart.

Damn grease catch pan holder thing rotted off the bottom cover and the caster wheels are locked up...

I can try and find a new bottom cover, grease catcher apparatus, and caster wheels....

Or, get a new grill....

For Wodstock and I, I've decided to just use my free Coleman propane tailgating grill.  It cooks well enough, can put like 8 burgers on it, or two big ass steaks.  Only downside is the 1lb propane bottles, but I suppose I could get one of those adapter-filler-thingie-hoses.

This is a cluster fuck of epic proportions

One of the world's largest financial software providers has been down since March 20th due to a ransomware attack.  Our company interfaces with them to send wire transfers. Since they're down our customers are having to manually process all of their wire transactions.

No, but they come with their own proprietary switch.  It's a really nice one.  Rotary dial to control intensity.

Mine honestly scares me just a little. I'm glad that it has a lockout switch for the laser so you can't accidentally bump it and turn it on when taking it out of the safe or something. I'm super careful when I use the thing.

Many do, but this isn't even a bank.  It's a fintech company that should know better.  The rumor I heard is that they were using some outdated VPN software that had some sort of vulnerabilities.

Nope, but every equipment changeout requires a permit to be pulled. If you're the contractor, you have to pull it and have it inspected.
