Bases loaded ground ball to second base. Second baseman is standing right next to the runner, who stops, doesn't tag the runner, throws to first, runner dives into second base, safe, run scores.
How do you do that? |

Eloy Jimenez, who was traded by the Cubs to the White Sox, just smacked a 2 run, go ahead HR against the Cubs in his first game at Wrigley.
Oh, and he cracked the bat and still muscled it out. |

MLB has given the Rays permission to explore the possibility of splitting future games between Tampa Bay and Montreal.
I'm not a huge fan of moving teams, but it honestly seems like nobody down there gives a shit about the rays. They are 2nd to last in attendance and something like 23rd in TV ratings. Nobody is going to the games and nobody is watching them. They're a damn good team too. I know the stadium is a bitch and a half to get to, but you have to at least watch on TV. |
