So I guess now we get to hear from the dems how racist and divisive the country is because of the President.

I thought the SOTU address delivered by Dubya following the 9/11 attacks was good. But this speech raises the bar to a level I'm not sure ANYONE else will ever reach. This speech has totally re-energized me and given me focus. I felt pretty gloomy following the dems retaking the House back in November. But the Trump we are seeing tonight can most definitely get re-elected and help us keep the senate and gain seats in the House going forward. In short, Trump absolutely SLAYED the democrats tonight......slit open their bellies, let their guts fall to the floor, then danced atop them, all the while coming across in a likable way.

I think they chose Abrams to follow up because they knew it would be brutal on anyone. They threw out a failed gubernatorial candidate instead of one of their risings stars.
