I personally wouldn’t consider a 41 yard FG in a very high pressure situation (if you make it your team wins and if you miss it your team loses) to be a “chip shot.” Though Kyle Shanahan certainly acted like it was considering the 49ers didn’t even attempt to gain more yards despite the fact they made plenty of time and a timeout. Hell, they even took a knee and lost yards. |
