Doc said it ain't her knee. Got her to react when putting pressure on the sciatic nerve. More X-rays going on right now.

We'll see.

I’d take 2 or 4, but Duckski does have a mild objection to dogs with longer fur. He’s discovered this since having a dog with longer fur.

She needs a backiotomy.

They said we might get referred for an MRI, depending on what the X-ray finds.

My puppy is broken again. She fucked up her knee that she recently had surgery on. No clue how, but she can't sit, lie down, stand, walk, or squat to pee without out crying in pain. She's not one to cry either. She never so much as flinched after tearing her cruciates or from her surgeries.

Today she'll see the vet for the 3rd time in a week. Meeting with the Ortho. Hopefully there surgeon has some idea, because 2 other vets already said "dunno lol".

Fucking super.

Nah. He doesn’t like having to occasionally wash poop out of long fur. Because inevitably with fur that long around the buttshole, sometimes poop gets caught. And it seems to happen on his watch more than my own.

MRI scheduled for Sunday.

She has excess bone growing between the vertebrae in her lumbar. Apparently that happens from instability and it's the body's way of trying to create support. That's great. She has signs of arthritis in her lumbar. Great. She has what looks like a degraded disk. Maybe an infection. Maybe degenerative. Great. And there's a possibility there's a tumor putting pressure on her spine. Great.

A lot of maybe. Hopefully it'll be answered with an MRI. Super glad we don't have emergency pet insurance. Great. Really great.

For now, she's getting a bunch of blood and urine tests to see if there is an infection. She's gonna get a big dose of antibiotics too, just in case. Maybe we'll get lucky and she'll start to improve. Probably not though.

What a fucking shitty deal.

Have you discussed all this with the breeder? This should be stuff that’s covered under their health guarantee as it’s stemming from the orthopedic issues she’s already had.
