No, they are not putting the players in danger. you clearly missed the dallas game, where an official actually threw his cap under the feet of a cutting receiver. You really believe that crap you just posted? Uh, yeah? I do. Unexpectedly lose your footing while going near full-speed while cutting could get very, very back on the joints. Oh poor baby. I don't care. The only thing that matters is that those union refs don't have their way. I wish I could say that you're in rare form today, but that's not true. I hope that the union wins simply so Larry has an aneurysm. He very clearly cares about this topic quite a bit. And I hope that you walk in front of a moving train. Wasn't remotely serious dude. Really, huh. Yes, really. You're like-minded, if a little forceful. I didn't join my work union. Well, if you really didn't mean it, my apologies, but it sounded serious to me. |

Jaws just said that none of the 3 interceptions that Peyton Manning threw Monday night were his fault. The fault llies with the recievers. didn't see the game, but that is often accurate––there are many INTs that aren't the fault of the QB. most common are balls tipped at the line of scrimmage, or perfect passes that receivers just don't catch. Wasn't the case in that game. Manning just fucked up. Looked damn good against the number one pass defense today though. Damn near brought the Broncos back and won. I have him on my fantasy team but benched him because that pass D was supposed to be so good, then he shreds them, naturally. Didn't they intercept him twice? Negative. No picks and a couple TD's. |

Okay. I could have sworn one of the highlight shows said they picked him off twice. |

Replacement refs broke their record from last week by granting a team five timeouts in a single half. When confronted after the game the ref admits he doesn't actually know the rules Still better than giving the UNION ASSHOLES what they want. Yes, I know it's a lockout. No, I don't fucking care. Fuck unions. No, the replacement officials are not going to cost any player or coach their job. No, they are not putting the players in danger. I doubt you'll say that if they cost the Falcons a game. They haven't cost anyone a game yet and I doubt they will. Doesn't change a thing I said. Fuck union refs. Ok, well clearly blind union rage doesn't have any effect on LarryG... You can call it anything you want. Fuck unions. Exactly. At any cost, fuck the unions. They are the barometer for communism replacing capitalism. If they succeed, America falls. If they fail, en masse, we are on the road to recovery. If America falls, there will be no NFL in the long run, so, to be clear, Fuck Unions and Fuck Obama. |

Honestly, I'm not seeing what Reed did wrong? Branch was going low, Reed caught the top of his helmet with his shoulder.
I disagree with that one. |

I agree, we have pretty much gotten to the point where great hits are penalties. I understand some protection of the head, but until the players take it seriously, and start wearing the better helmets that they dont like because they dont look cool, I have a hard time taking it seriously either. |

no dog in this fight, but this is an embarrassment for the league.

fuck Unions |

"no 7 second delay on that" as the crowd chants "BULL SHIT!" Announcers are handling it about as well as they can. |

Quoted: The Refs announcers are ruining this game. NBC clearly has sided with the refs in the negotiations and is using their power as a broadcaster pound their position into the ground. Try watching it muted like I am - it's a good, hard game and the refs are doing fine. |

I wish the league could get some better trained replacements. Clearly the regular ref's dont care enough about the game to compromise. The league in the end will have to concede to get them back. They should then immediately start a "minor league" training system for back up ref's, then the next chance they get, break a dick off in the ass of the commie union thugs precipitating a lock out and then pull a Ronnie Reagan and tell them to fuck off. And. Die. |

Most of these calls are horrendous. Collinsworth and Michaels aren't my favorite but they are priceless in regards to the refs tonight.
This officiating is an embarrassment |
