Things I'm taking away from Week 1:

Brady, Brees, and Stafford both did not look like themselves today, and seemed to struggle more than usual.
Vick still is not a long term solution in Philly.
RG3 was beyond impressive.
When did the Jets learn to play offense?  And no Tim Tebow is not a difference maker.
Chandler Jones is a going to be the defensive rookie of the year.
Matt Ryan and the Falcons are going to the conference championship game.

Just my guesstimations.

That field goal was fucking awesome.

Probably the best I have ever seen just because of the record distance and the bounce.

I got laughed at when I took Akers early in the fantasy draft.

Who's laughing now?

Rodgers needs to get in gear though.

He needs to throw a couple 80+ yard touch downs to Jordy Nelson and rush for one.

LOL, never take a kicker early.

Too late now.

He got more points than any of my receivers today FWIW.

And I have the most points in the league this week, unless the raiders kick a bunch of field goals tomorrow.

He looked mediocre––just like a rookie will. Pete Carroll is a dumbfuck for this motherfucking "QB competition." He has fucked all three QBs with it.

The fucking cult of Wilson around here can all go put on their nikes and drink some poison koolaide.......I wan't Flynn starting before the season is totally lost.

i didn't laugh at you.  i gave you sage counsel––you could have had him in the 12th.

i drafted him in 2 leagues last year, since the 49ers were so horrible in the RZ.  got him in the 14th and 15th rounds, and he finished as the #1 kicker in both leagues.

Maybe your receivers don't get you many points because you drafted a kicker too early. But if it's working keep on doing it.

No kidding. Their defense looked good in the preseason games and then fell apart yesterday. Tom Brady's numbers were pretty average and they still gave up 34 points. I thought this was going to be a closer game than it was. I guess they're just lucky Brady didn't have a 300+ yard, 3+ TD day....

Vick played the best game ever?

When?

I had to tolerate that piece of shit masquerading as a QB for many years with the Falcons, so here is some wisdom for you, he ain't a fucking quarterback.

He's a narcissistic piece of shit who might have played one really good game in his career.

Most of his career has been about rushing yards.  He might be a great running back, but not a quarterback.

He has never been great and he doesn't do most things nearly as well as most other quarterbacks.

The only thing he might do is run and others can now do that better.

No, not in the history of the game, just this century.  It even says that at your link.

20-28 for 333 yards.  Wow, ONE game.  The Redskins were miserable, 6-10 that year.

And ESPN gobbles his cock anyway.

Until Ryan and Smith arrived, the Falcons had never had back to back winning seasons, including the years that the Great and Powerful Oz, er, I mean Vick was here.

Since Ryan has arrived, the Falcons not only have had back to back winning seasons,  they have not  even had a losing season.
