I was waking up drenched in sweat going WTF? Then I had one while watching TV and said WTF? I did my meditation thing and lowered it from 163 down to 140. WTF? No pain. I could hear my heart beat. The BP was 110 over 90 which is crap for me. I laid down with my feet up on some pillows and felt better within about 3 minutes. I wasn't in trauma - just my heart pounding away fight-or-flight fast. My wife had issues so we have a BP collar and finger O2 monitor. Google "is it Afib" for the straight poop. I'm on day 10 of caffeine withdrawal and it's really killing me now. I just hope he doesn't ever have to be cardioverted. |
