Is that a .22 bore?

This reminds me of the Umarex Stg-44s that came in the wooden crates 10 years ago.

Anything new from Tisas? Saw some of their new models on the website to include a M45A1 clone.

Oh dang, I didn't know they were doing a M45A1 clone!  I'm going to need one of these.

If anyone at shot is taking requests....

What's CZ have to say about the fate of the Bren 2?

Any word on if the ACR is coming back?

Taurus going to come out with an optic cut (regular slide) TX22?

And what's the point of a 13.7 jakl? Why not some extra barrel and do 14.5?

Carmel article.

Still no mention of the barrel being QD. Probably got cut to reduce costs & keep the price down. Check out that ACE Gen II style HG tho.

@mk4dubbin

Someone posted in the CZ Bren thread in the Armory section that they know someone higher up in CZ-USA and they said the Bren 2 was going to be discontinued, then they decided to un-discontinue it.

So it'll continue to be imported.  It sounds like CZUB is focusing most of their production of Bren 2s to the Ukraine-Russia conflict, though, so Bren 2 imports could dry up here and there and come in batches.  But for now it will continue being imported.

2 questions

1. How's those 5.56 AK mags coming along?

2. Have you intentionally loaded 300BLK into one of your 5.56AK's for destructive testing purposes to see how they fair?  Yes I admit this is morbid curiosity.

That looks pretty darn sweet for M17/18 owners. If the durability is actually up to snuff and their variants for other platforms are just as sleek, I can see this being an ACRO killer.

They’re picking up where HMG left off.

Calibers are 5.56, 300BLK, 7.92 Kurz. Not sure what the fourth is. ETA: according to information gleaned by subnet, they’re only including 7.92 Kurz because people would complain if they didn’t. They don’t expect it to sell well, and I agree.

That’s the first integration of a red dot that looks like it actually belongs on the pistol.

Making this for other platforms might be difficult. The mounting screw goes in from the bottom of the slide up into the optic.

Agreed, hence why I said if their variants for other platforms are as sleek as this. Not quite sure how they'll pull it off, but looking forward to further development from them like this regardless.
