Some of my favorites that I watched back then were:

The Outer Limits - the original episodes, not the sucky Showtime Channel lame attempt to re-make the series.
The Twilight Zone - the original series, not the lame new Twilight Zone.
The Invaders - A Quinn Martin Production with Roy Thinnes
Thriller - narrated by Boris Karloff
Alfred Hitchcock Hour
Rifleman
Gunsmoke
Wild, Wild West
The Green Hornet - Bruce Lee/Van Williams
The Avengers - Emma Peel episodes were the best ones. Honor Blackman episodes sucked.
The Baron - Steve Forest
The Champions - Alexandra Bastedo
The Persuaders - Tony Curtis and Roger Moore
Secret Agent - Patrick McGoohan
The Prisoner - Patrick McGoohan
Here Come the Brides - Robert Brown/David Soul/Bobby Sherman
The Untouchables - Robert Stack
Combat! - Vic Morrow

Newer, more obscure TV shows:
Seven Days - NSA has alien element that powers a ship that can go back in time 7 days and used to stop catastrophes/terrorist attacks.
Nowhere Man - Bruce Greenwood as a photographer who's wife disappears while they are having dinner at a restaurant and turns up back at their home married to another man and she doesn't recognize him  (neither does his family German Shepherd). He then finds out that an unknown group is trying to kidnap him.
Revenge Incorporated - Michael Madsen as a man who helps the little guy that is being wronged get revenge.
Dresden Files - modern day warlock fighting monsters/vampires/werewolves. A Sy Fy show that was actually well written, unlike most Sy Fy shows.
Friday the 13th The Series - Heirs of a deceased pawn shop owner track down cursed objects that the owner sold. Nothing to do with the Friday the 13th movies. Only the titles are the same.
War of the Worlds - TV series very loosely based on the movie with more emphasis on the aliens themselves infiltrating the earth by taking over human's bodies.
Poltergeist The Legacy - Fairly good Showtime Channel TV series with organized groups fighting vampires/succubi/and other supernatural monsters.

Call to Glory with Craig T Nelson.

It was actually an interesting tv series about the Cold War and if I remember correctly, Craig T Nelson ("Sarnac") was a U2 pilot.

Wish I could find a copy of the series.

Alias Smith and Jones

Alias Smith and Jones is an American Western series that originally aired on ABC from January 1971 to January 1973. It stars Pete Duel as Hannibal Heyes and Ben Murphy as Jedediah "Kid" Curry, outlaw cousins who are trying to reform. The governor offers them a conditional amnesty, aiming to keep the pact a secret. The "condition" is that they will still be wanted until it becomes politically advantageous for the governor to pardon them.

50 episodes in the sort of Wild Wild West theme.

Candid Camera

Candid Camera is an American hidden camera/practical joke reality television series created and produced by Allen Funt, which initially began on radio as The Candid Microphone June 28, 1947. After a series of theatrical film shorts, also titled Candid Microphone, Funt's concept came to television on August 10, 1948, and continued into the 1970s. Aside from occasional specials in the 1980s and 1990s, the show was off air until making a comeback on CBS in 1996, before moving to PAX in 2001. This incarnation of the weekly series ended on May 5, 2004, concurrent with the selling of the PAX network itself. Beginning on August 11, 2014, the show returned in a new series with hour-long episodes on TV Land.
