I've been thinking of getting a dissipator for a while and this seemed like a good deal. Chrome-lined FN Barrel, too. Get em while they're hot.
Also got one of these: And these... Any suggestions on a good BCG? ETA: Looks like ya'll cleaned em out. OOS, now. ETA: Back in stock. You pay the shipping. Thanks for the update, jm0502. ETA: Unboxed this past weekend, attached to PSA CTR lower, Radical Firearms melonited BCG, a spare CH I had, BAD lever and strikefire. Just waiting on the handguard, and a BUIS. Only add on I'm thinking of after that is a WML. Has anyone else received theirs yet? |

why not buy their very own hpt / mpi bolt carrier group. it cannot be beat for the price (spikes is the next closest at about $50 more, as far as i know). i run psa bcg in all my rifles, carbines, and pistols.
eta - i am only referring to hpt / mpi 8620 and carpenter 158 materials (you know like spikes, bcm, psa, ect.) |

You just cost me $289.99.
Thanks To be fair, a dissipator is one of the only other AR builds I've been contemplating lately; you just pushed me over the edge. |

I payed 400 for mine and had to work on it, for 289 I'd buy another one

I've wanted to try a dissipator for a few years now but I just can't bring myself to buy one since I shoot suppressed. Maybe if they get closer to 200ish.

Quoted: Dammit! I really have been jonesing to replace my carbine 16" with a Dissy. Somebody help me here. Are there any cons to this idea? Edit: Current setup for work http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b53/vanilla_gorilla911/IMAG1592_zps94e243c5.jpg View Quote Well they're out of stock now, so there's that. The dissipator shown here is a mock dissipator. A true dissipator has a rifle-length gas system, but the 20 inch barrel is reduced to 16 inches. The one at PSA is a mid length gas-system with a low profile gas block with the front sight moved up to the rifle length gas system position. Sort of like this. |

I picked up the stainless freedom one earlier (second one for me). Nice for a cheap plinker or stacking up.

The negative is that is that you'll be poorer. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:
