So much muscle pain this morning, 30 mins in the hot-tub and a thick layer of bengay and I'm ready for day 2 of crossfit

I mean typically it can be brought on by exertion/stress/anxiety, but if you've got high blood pressure, nothing needs to really set it off, per se. ETA: But that's classic presentation of hypertension. Like, every symptom. |
