At least she ain’t fat, so that puts her in the top 40%.

You can do a lot with hair & makeup. Can’t do much with an extra #40 pounds

There are a bunch of less made up (or made down) pics out there. She isn't ugly at all.
Remove fro
Remove bangs
Remove glasses
Remove goofy clothes

When she does at least 3 of those 4, she looks completely different.

Try as she might, mixing the fashion of John Lennon and Napoleon Dynamite is not a good look for anyone, regardless of gender.
