Just got done with your recipe exactly as you described. It currently sits in my Yeti, wrapped in foil, waiting for noon tomorrow. I know of no words to describe it adequately, other than food grade heroin. I am 38 years old and thought I'd tasted great food before. All I can say is I haven't lived before today! Everyone who reads this thread, you owe it to yourself to try this at least once. |

Damn, I can't even get porkbelly around here. I'd have to drive 3hrs round trip to a butcher shop that has it for $3.50/lb, and said they are 12-18# each. Too expensive, especially factoring in time and gasoline for the drive.
