Picked her up off the side of a lonely highway starving. Got her some food, dewormed and immunized, she packed on the pounds pretty quick. Finally realized she is pregnant! Now any day now my rescue dog will be having a batch of pups. Anxious to see what they look like. |

I’m so excited to attend one of his upcoming lectures. 
The nature part for these pups is already set and beyond control, but the nurture part is where they can get a huge leg up in life. Dogs with stable temperaments and a strong foundation for socialization are at such an advantage simply due to their resilience and stability. That can mean the difference between life and death sometimes. |

So we had an electrical issue in the wall of our house that resulted in me calling the FD since I could not find where the smoke and smell were coming from.. took them 30 min to figure it out too! We were probably minutes from a true house fire if I had not shut the main breaker off immediately upon realizing there was smoke and electrical burning smell filling up the house. I tried to find the source to be able to hit with the extinguisher if needed but could not.
But.. the dogs were GREAT.. did great even with the chaos.. and they got tons of love from the FD and other impromptu attendees lol.  Attached File |

Taken last night. He's not mine, but we live in the same house. He's 13 years old has diabetes, gets 2 injections a day, and stopped eating and drinking water yesterday. If he won't eat he can't get his injection. I think he decided he's done living, this sucks. |
