Just fucking kill him. And I mean quickly. Bullet to the back of the head...BAM! After his trial, if he's found guilty, do it right out in the fucking parking lot of the court house. Have him kneel, then have the father or mother of the victim put him down like the fucking inhuman piece of shit he is. Or if they don't have the stomach to do it, just start asking random citizens. Eventually you'll come across someone who'll do it.

That is one type of...individual...that I just cannot see putting in prison to keep living on taxpayers' money. Sure he MIGHT get dealt with by other inmates. Then again, he might not. Hell, they might put him in solitary "for his protection". How about FUCK  ALL OF THAT BULLSHIT and just kill him seconds after the guilty verdict is read.
