Yet Oregon is the most beautiful State I've ever seen by a huge margin.
So many beautiful different climates. South California and Oregon should be recaptured, and become extreme pro America strong holds. |

It's cute that all you folks that have visited an area are experts.
I'm from Florida, lived in NH for seven years, and PHX for nine. Live where you want. Love where you live. I do. Finally. |

I am born and raised in Eastern Washington. Lived my whole life here in a small town.
Will not ever leave this place. It is truly blessed and I am lucky to live here. |

Seattle is hardly a fair representation of the PNW as a whole. I'm 30 minutes south in Tacoma, it's a whole different world. Protests happened here with no violence or looting. Eastern Washington is amazing and should just be Western Idaho.
Build a wall around Seattle and allow them to succeed from the U.S. please. |

Op needs to really take a serious look at the BS he's spilling. California is a lot worse than Washington. And, both the East and West coast areas are infested with communists. I wouldn't live in any of the East or West coasts. NYC and Portland are equally disgusting cities. Op mentions recent events, which I presume he is referencing the televised George Floyd murder as well as the equally disgusting riots, felonious assaults, lootings, murders, arsons, and mayhem that have taken place ALL over the US, not just the PNW.

I'm going to start my own thread once I've finished with my plan (and have something to show for it) but I can tell you that CoV-19 has been a godsend to me.
The second I heard that our re-entry to corporate would be heavily negotiable, I called my guy up and started the process to put my house on the market. It goes for sale next week. If all goes to plan my place on the East Side has appreciated and I'll be living in a family compound in Mason County collecting a nice Seattle paycheck with no mortgage. In Seattle my pay was average and didn't go that far, coupled with a crippling commute and homeless trash. . . Out in Mason County I will be living like a damn king while I shop for property in rural Jefferson County. I love WA state with everything I have and to that same extent I hate Seattle and the transplants that come with it. Words cannot express how delighted I am at the opportunity to WFH in the woods. This has ALWAYS been the end game for me. |

It would have been our sanctuary outside the city right on the river at the base of a mountain. Protect it and then retreat if you cannot. |
