I am kind of getting bored with my 9mm USP compact. I want something new to play with but it needs to be as reliable as my USP. Also hammer fired and about the same size. Whats new and good these days?

The gun you want is a CZ P-07.

Another option would be the alloy-frame P-01 9mm.

Springfield XD-E. Otherwise, you might grip the frame incorrectly.

HK p30. IMHO not a better pistol out there for everyday use. No special rail like the USP, built like a tank, and the grip is worth falling in love with.

Reliable and hammer fired. I'd say a CZ 75 B or better yet if you can find one a pre B. If you're willing to opt for a striker fired pistol, the best one bar none that is the most reliable, most accurate, quickest for combat reloading, and safest one to carry with a round loaded in the chamber is the H&K P7M13 or P7M8. They're no longer made, but, they're the best pistols that H&K ever made and can be found in used, excellent condition for about $1,500 for P7M8 or $2,000 P7M13. They're expensive, but, worth it.

Yup, I cc the HK45c and P30sk..i wish the 45 had the spidey..grip instead of the P2000 style though.
