Fired it up for an hour or so again tonight. Hopped back in onlinr play, did a mission and when loading back into free-roam I was killed before I finished loading.
Lol, mebbe some of the kids will go back to call of duty soon, some chaos is fine, but not ALL the time. |

OK.. Ive got about 650 bucks to spend.. What do I need to buy? Ive got the 1st dead eye card and another card bought.. focus something.. do I need to upgrade the cards? its like 350 to do that.. or do I need to buy another weapon? Right now my load out consist of the carbine repeater, the pump shotgun, varmint rifle and the volcanic pistol..all of which are stock.
ETA.. is the persistent posse worth the 200 bucks? what benefits does it even have? |

I am actually enjoying online. Haven’t had too much trouble with griefers. I do a lot of hunting and fishing. I think once I get more money my load out will be schofield, Lancaster, a bolt action gun for big game. That should do it for PvP and a lot the non-PvP stuff I like doing.

I am having fun too. It's hard to get money, but it seems realistic for the time. As far as spending money I went all in on the varmint rifle. Hunting birds is very profitable, and little animals are good in bulk.
Ability cards. Don't know I haven't noticed a big difference. Persistent posse: I'm saving for that now, but I usually play with 4-5 people. You can set way points and take people to jobs. |

I'm not much for PVP challenge matches or fighting in general, but friends who are say the varmint rifle is great for PVP.

Finally got my PS4 Pro and RDR2 fired up last night. Didn't even sign in to PSN with the new machine yet.
Graphics are incredible on a 4K display. Can't wait to try streaming some 4K material - this is my first 4K source device. |

Well I am rocking and rolling. I have dual cattleman’s. Lancaster repeater and 22 rifle. I make a ton of money using worms to catch trout. You can hold ten fish and get about 4.25 per fish. Shoot shit on the way back to the butcher and you can bring 70 bucks or so a trip. Takes about 15 minutes.
Do we have an Xbox user name list yet? I am playing on Xbone x. |

Just an FYI. You can unlock the second holster for 2 gold bars at any point. Highlight the 10 dollar holster and switch to gold payment.

I am 67% done with the Single Player story. I’m trying to do every single side mission and stranger mission along the way. It’s a great game. I have not done a great deal of fishing or hunting yet. Just enough to keep myself fed.
I wasted money buying the Arabian horse. It’s fast but spooks at anything. Fucker will buck me off in firefights and shit. Bought the Missouri Trotter or whatever. Great horse. Fast enough but steady when shtf. I have a lot of fun online. Even with the griefing in the towns. My only complaint is players show up on the map. Makes it impossible to be stealthy. |

Rockstar just released an update in reference to the online fixes.. There is a link somewhere, but I cant find the damn thing now.. They are fixing the money and gold ratios, Also reimbursing you money on stuff you have bought, and giving us 250 dollars and 15 gold bars as some compensation.. The update starts today. And could take up til monday for you to get your money.

I'm still riding the white arabian that I lassoed in the mountains early on. Great horse. Handles well and is really fast.
I'm still in chapter 4 in the story. A rival gang attacked our camp last night and we had an epic shootout. I'm now in love with Sadie Adler, even more than before. |

After awhile I just throw a fire bottle or dynamite on it and kill it to start with a new horse. High bonded horses are frankly worse than low bonded ones save for stamina. Starting to get bored with the story and may just say screw it to finishing it. Hate the Dutch missions/dialogue to the point that I blow him up in missions now so I dont have to ride anywhere with him and can skip the crap. |

Finally got all the animals for my camp upgrades, did all the satchels awhile ago.
Also got all the big animals for the trapper, except the ones in the locked part of the map. Just a handful of feathers left for the trapper and I'll have to move on with the story, which is starting to feel about time. |

Finished the story, just started the epilogue.
Spoiler free thoughts End was kind of lackluster, it built up but the peak was a let down Some of the music at the end really sucks Overall great story, some of the better characters i wish had more time to shine. The game glitched and gave me the wrong horse for the last few missions, kinda ruined part of it |

I can barely tell a difference between the Kentucky Saddler I had to start the game (bought) and the Thoroughbred and Warhorse that came with the Special Edition. Same with the Mustang I caught and broke.
Never went after the white arabian as I don't want a white horse. Not far enough along to buy the black arabian yet. Stats wise I should see a difference but IMO it seems like very minor differences. All my horses seem skittish as well, I get bucked if a cougar, bear, or wolf get near. If a snake shows up the horse starts getting nervous but doesn't stop responding to commands/input. Same with a black bear. In a firefight they've all held strong pretty well. |
