Quoted: You keeping that brass? View Quote I have more than once had to run those little fuckers off from my brass pile at the range, while they were swooping around like goddamn vultures. And then they act all offended when you tell them to go fuck themselves. After that, I throw my brass in the trash since I don’t reload but goddamn those pricks are some rude motherfuckers. |

Quoted: You must rely on the government to wipe your ass as well. You reload or are at the whim of the market up or down. I roll my own but don't brag about it. Last few years if I didn't already have components I couldn't get into it now. Prices are crazy high on everything. Started in the early 90s and no telling how much money I have saved on ammunition. Be dependant and do you. View Quote Stupid post |

Quoted: TIME... TIME IS MONEY. View Quote This is the big reason I don't reload. I just can't afford the time. Right now I am not doing shit, but reloading isn't the kind of activity you can interrupt 10 times and do it successfully. You need a long stretch of uninterrupted free time. I haven't had that since we had kids. And by the time they move out I'll be dead anyway so... |

The really bad sub-category in reloaders are the bullet casters.
Prove me wrong. Humorless zealots. |

Since I became a reloader 25 years ago I have noticed that's about the same time I became a hoarder.

Was cleaning up gun stuff earlier and dumped 100+ once fired 6.5 CM brass.
Definitely not a reloader. |

When you see a deal like $0.06 premium 9mm defensive bullets being closed out because the manufacturer is discontinuing the factory load you go deep. Then 10 years down the road you’re still plinking with Golden Sabers for $0.09/round loaded. |

Go ahead and use the hoarder term as well.
Thanks for an enlightening post. |

Quoted: Reloading looks like fun and a great way to make ammo you might not find online or in stores. It’s also not cost effective at current component prices for 9mm FMJ. Different story if you bought your primers and powder years ago. View Quote The problem I have with 9mm is it's not easy to recover your brass, so I just shoot commercial 9mm. But I have a brass catcher for my AR's, so I reload all my 556/223 brass. |

Much like sharpening knives is not a hobby for me, acquiring ammo is likewise not a hobby.
For my knives I bought a Worksharp. For my ammo I just buy it. I got better things to do than spend anymore than minimal time on either. |

I also ride my bike down the middle of the street slowing traffic and stand up the second the plane lands.
Can I interest you in some affordable 77gr OTM ammo? The water is nice in here….. |
