Quoted: I really don’t see how we can win. I don’t see how we can stop what is coming. We don’t have a side, we don’t have any representation. We are, for all intents and purposes, a one party authoritarian state. A banana republic. View Quote The GOP could agree to coalesce behind a leader and platform that 95% of the party can at least stomach instead of 75% being enamored with and 25% despise. Trump is going to help purge the “GOPe” and “RINOs”, and then bow out after the GOP has driven off 25-30-% of their voters and electable Congressmen. That’s the future conservatives are fighting for. A more pure vision which cannot shape or influence policy at the federal level or in most of the states. To the conservatives themselves will be more effective at enabling a slide toward Christianity-backed socialism. |

If you quit congress, your congressional pension should be forfeited.

Quoted: Fair enough.....still the question is why? View Quote I take it you don’t remember 2018 ? When ~50 Rs quit to ensure the Dems took over the house so they could impeach trump ? The Rs hate trump and us just as much as the Dems do , so to punish us for electing trump , a bunch of them quit . There are still years of punishment coming to us . |
|
Unitary planning on Dems taking over Congress since Trump will most likely win the POTUS.
Then they will impeach Trump daily on more BS this fucking game is going to end up in a civil war. they are playing with fire |

If we only had the power to rid ourselves personally and permanently of these elected POS.

This government is rotten to the core corrupt. All of it. Until these "politicians" are made to feel extreme financial and/or physical pain for their "service" to the citizens that elected them it will only get worse. We have only a little time left until our Republic is gone. It may already be.

Quoted: If we only had the power to rid ourselves personally and permanently of these elected POS. View Quote The people do have the power...they just don't do anything about it. That can be taken two way, by voting them out or the other permanent way. The voting way takes effort and requires the average person become politically active...which they (including most people on this site) won't do. If somewhere to start a thread asking how many people here donated money to a non-establishment candidate in a primary race this year the results would be very low, I would be surprised if it was even 1%. Most responses would be "Fuck the GOP". A solid pro-gun primary candidate running against a RINO in TX is Brandon Herrera. He's not even in my state but I donated to him. Arfcom alone could give him a war chest if people decided to help out even just a little...but they won't. Instead was have posts in threads tearing him down for not being perfect. Helping Brandon get elected would send a very strong message to the RINO establishment that gun owners will not stand by and just accept them voting for gun control. Anyone that wants to be a part of that message should donate to Brandon. https://brandonherreraforcongress.com/ |

But any comparison between him and FJB is quickly lost when you see the pictures of Herrera that the media runs thinking they are hurting his image. |

Quoted: There is a plan, an Op. I don't understand it, but it is there. View Quote As somone stated, give the libs the majority so they can refuse to certify a Trump win. Or make it so the Rs can't stop any bullshit legislation that will get rammed down our throats. I'm sure there are few other possibilities. |

There is only one Party, Comrade.

Quoted: Still think this country can be saved by voting? View Quote Do you think the people who can't be bothered to make the effort to support better primary candidates are going are going to make the effort of weathering the storm of the downfall of society, dealing with economic ruin and chaos, work to find better quality to start over, and then weather the long rebuild process? The answer is very simple and has been my sigline for years. "Get Active" as in politically active or get disarmed among other bad things. |

Quoted: Why is our party full of pussy ass sellout motherfuckers? View Quote Mostly, it’s because we blindly vote a straight R ticket. We don’t hold the candidates accountable, nope, any R is better than a no vote. Florida is a great example. I would guess that 1/2 of the R’s in elected office are D’s, waiting to switch sides. They have no principles. Nor do most of the voters nowadays. We have done this to ourselves because we are pussies, afraid to stand on our principles….we have the government we deserve. |

This is all retaliation and spite to any MAGA or Trump endorsed candidates. They are going to punish Trump's party and supporters.

Quoted: And the second will be some horrifying firearm control/disarmament scheme. Quoted: This may have been mentioned. I lived in MG's district. He was a Democrat, before he was a Republican. Ran on being a former Marine, etc. ALWAYS comes across as a "what's in it for me type". That's just my observation/opinion. He never impressed me once. Empty suit. Reid Ribble was better, ran for his two terms and bailed like he said he would. Paul Ryan is the biggest disappointment of my lifetime. Hopefully someone rises out of the mist. View Quote Having listened to the podcast he ran talking to people in long-form interviews, I never got any sense that he was a "what's in it for me" type. He has been extremely focused on countering China as a threat. Gallagher also mentioned when he was first running that he wasn't planning to be a career politician. |

Quoted: The democrats are obsessed with Ukraine because that's where all of their illegal money is laundered. Probably a lot of GOPe money too. There are more dirty secrets there than can be counted with a super computer. The swamp has to pull out all of the stops to protect their money laundering operations. View Quote Basically we're providing cover for the FJB administration and other corrupt politicians' activities in Ukraine through a U.S. taxpayer funded proxy war. |
