In the movie “the circle” a social media “cult” like apple, twitter, and facebook combined, started pressuring politicians to “go transparent” and remove all privacy from their lives, including web cams in their homes, and body cams they could only turn off when in the bathroom.
It’s a super fucked up movie about the cult getting taken over… and too close to reality for what the government wants to do to regular people. But an interesting concept. Especially considering you have to give up your social media to get a CCW in NY. |
