RU News  says

Never happened
If it did happen, it's a non performance enhancing drug
The report said that the alleged issue is complicated because Valieva's age makes her a 'Protected Person' under World Anti-Doping Code rules, which would mean she could not officially be identified for an anti-doping violation.

'Several legal teams' are working on the 'complex' case, the report said, adding that a conclusion is expected on Thursday.

The outlet claimed that Valieva's age would make any penalties far less severe and alleged that the role of her 'entourage' would be closely scrutinized if she was punished.

Speaking shortly after the ceremony was initially called off, legendary Russian coach Tatiana Tarasova called the incident "another attack on Russia".

Since trannys are allowed, doesn't that mean all the anti-doping rules have to go away? Trannys are in effect doping.

Is this the same drug that G.O.A.T was on for "stress"?

Which makes it even easier for China to frame them.

Question:  did she knowingly consume it, or did China poison her to cheat her out of the win?

I Think she deserves a pass on this.  F China

Ok, so, if the Russians get DQ'd, is China in Second Place by chance ? Cause this would be even more hilarious. And predictable.

The hearsay is that one of her test samples from December tested positive for a banned heart medication.  Getting the test results from a December test between the time she competes in the team event and when the medals ceremony is supposed to happen is suspicious timing.

Nobody knows who leaked the info.  IOC, WADA, and the ISU have not made any official statements on the matter and during a press conference an hour ago IOC officials refused to make any comments.  The Guardian was the first news organization to report on any of this.

Sports-express.ru was the first to report that it was Kamila that tested positive and what kind of drug it was.  They said she was disqualified, then retracted that statement.  Sports.ru made a statement that the Russian team would keep their gold and she would not be suspended.  RT_America recently tweeted the same thing not long ago.

RT reported that Kamila was training on the ice Thursday in Beijing and interviewed her coach who said she wasn't suspended.

Good ESPN article here that goes over a lot of the issues.

About the drug:

What is trimetazidine, and have athletes tested positive before?

Trimetazidine, also known as TMZ, is a drug with stimulant properties normally used to treat angina, or chest pain due to reduced blood flow to the heart. It is not approved for use in the United States. The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) added it to its list of banned substances in 2014, where it is prohibited both in and out of competition. WADA issued an advisory in January 2018 that trimetazidine could show up in urine samples as a false positive for lomerizine, a migraine medication that is permitted.

With boys competing as girls does drug enhancement really matter at this point? At the end of the day it is just $ to the IOC.

This "ROC" thing pisses me off.  You are an athlete from a country with a well establish doping program? Congrats. We are divvying you in to two countries:  Orange and Purple.  Half your hockey team goes to Orange; half to Purple.  Figure skating duo?  One on orange, one on purple.  No mention of "_ussia" is allowed.  Don't penalize the clean athletes.  But they shouldn't be allowed to bring glory to their country.

What bugs me the most about it is it takes away from the real "ROC" - Republic of China - who hasn't been allowed to participate using those initials for 50 years now.
