Quoted: Like many others have said in this thread, the coverage has become awful. Rushed 10 minute videos about the same 5 products with 9 minutes of forced banter and bullshitting, and 1 minute of interspersed info. Is there anyone doing the old "Here's a long series of photos of new products with a one sentence description of each" thing anymore? Even something thats slightly similar? The best thing about it was that the smaller, niche, and more interesting stuff was covered during the show, and you didn't have to wait until a week later to hear about it. I get that these people won't get the clicks, likes, subscribers, and potential ad revenue from that format, but it really is so much easier to digest. View Quote Agreed. What ever happened to Smglee? His photo coverage was the best by far. |

I'm sure PSA could make a sprint run of whatever it was happen. |

Quoted: Any new .30 SC guns being released? View Quote I wish. A G48 thin pistol, size of G17, holding 21rd would be awesome, with 30rd reloads that are ~140mm length even better. Alas I fear they botched the launch for .30SC and killed what could have been an amazing cartridge by intoruding it with boring/pointless guns vs something exciting. |

I was following Pincus on Facebook for quite awhile and the PD10 had piqued my interest greatly. The long and frequent delays getting it to market and the fact Glock released the 43X and 48 while the PD10 was still vaporware caused my interest to wane significantly. I still want to hold one and would love the chance to shoot one, but I can't say I'm a buyer any longer. |

Quoted: I'm excited to see what DD does with the Hudson. Always thought it was an interesting design. Unfortunately those guys shot themselves in the wallet when they announced that the next version would fix all the gripes people had with the first version, but it was a couple years away. View Quote There was a lot more to their downfall than that-I kind of had an inside track to what was going on with the prototyping and planned production of the chassis and some of the other parts they needed. These people were entirely out of their element and had too many layers of control and fiefdom’s within their company that didn’t help the criminal waste of money that the owners took from investors. Their vendors got screwed too, including a good friend of mine. Cool gun, not a cool story in the end. People got hurt and AFAIK nobody was brought to justice over it. It’s a neat gun and I enjoyed the one I rented despite reliability problems, I’ll probably pick one up when DD gets them to market and the idiots that have to have them first pay that premium. |

Whatever happened to the owners? Wasn’t it a husband/wife that met through shooting competitions? Something like that.

Quoted: Any word on the MKE HK33s? View Quote And the 33k pistol we have been promised for several years now. And an FNC clone? So far everything I’ve seen is boring. Rehashes of existing firearms…….for more money. How many striker fired poly pistols and AR variants can the market take? Rails, stainless, 45 Colt, mlok just about anything and LARPs will lap it up. |

Quoted: An MP5 is much faster on the clock than any blowback. Having to work the charging handle is more than made up for in the substantially reduced recoil. View Quote I run drills and haven't found that to be the case. I prefer B&T because the ergos are better, and while technically direct blowback, the carrier is slowed by a hydraulic plunger, feels pretty close in recoil to an mp5. It's also a high quality milled gun and not a tac welded piece of sheet metal. |
