Hell around here all the mom and pop stores sell ammo along with burrittoes and chicken strips. If you walk around with a gun no one bats an eye.

About 1400 or so today, I stopped at a little mom and pop hamburger joint out in Brantley County on my way home from Savannah. Strictly a walk-up window type of deal. I was OCing (omigod, end of world, etc) and the guy who ordered right behind me asked me if I was scared. I am like "what are you talking about". He said that if I carried a gun I must be scared. I said something about there being bad people in the world and he said I shouldn't go to places that have bad people.
At this point, I was not gonna try to reason with this guy as his entire premise was completely stupid. I said......."well, I guess every cop you see must be skeered because they all have a gun".............................."that's different"..................

Doesn't matter if you are LE or not. In America people have the right to carry a firearm (assuming they are following local laws). I hope the shop owner told her that making crank calls to 911 isn't a very good idea.

Yes there is a large part of the general public that are functionally mentally and emotionally retarded. But we cannot talk about it because that would be racist and discriminatory. There is a large part of the general population that cannot read well enough to understand simple sentences and have a comprehension level that stopped when they were 5 years old.
Plain and simple, they suck to deal with and it sucks to be around them. Earlier in life, our close neighbor was COP for a large city. He 'gently' exposed us to the social retards which greatly inspired us to be productive citizens and to consciously avoid the dregs and their environs. |

Guns are scary, we need,"common sense," gun laws to stop the slaughter of innocent children. Who's not for that?

Hasn't got that bad around here:
I just had dinner with my wife in a restaurant where the wait staff open carries sidearms. I didn't ask what ours was carrying this evening; looked like a S&W 642 to me. the last time we were there, the waitress was OCing a Springfield DX compact, IRC. We had the seafood platter. Since they said crawdads/crawfish were out of season, there was extra crab legs and shrimp. We ended up giving the leftover french fries to our dog. I of course, was open carrying my S&W 329PD in .44 mag. As usual, no fucks were given. Well except for the little boy in the next door table; we could hear him tell his dad he thought it was cool. His sister, one the other hand, appeared to not be impressed. Oh well. |
