The Democratic left wing socialist extremists party are getting way out of control.
They are going after anyone that disagrees with them. They are using their power to attack a political party. This shit is getting serious. If this corrupted party attempting to take over the GOVERNMENT and American people is not careful. Some serious crap will happen. This is not maybe....but an actual POLITICAL COUP attempt of AMERICA by a radical treasonous EXTREMISTS. |

Did a judge sign off on this, and if so I wonder who appointed them. View Quote Back in 1979, the SCOTUS case of Smith vs. Maryland decided that a "pen register" at a phone company did not constitute a search. Ergo, at least law enforcement is not required to get a warrant to see who called whom way back when. Now, the $64,000 question is how does some Congress critter get that info on a political opponent. Does said Congress critter have friends in the FBI or IC? |

Schiff used Trump Investigation to Investigate Nunes and Staffers. Senate Republicans should subpoena phone records and banking records. This is frigging ridiculous. All the FISA 702 violations under Obama that are now continuing despite some efforts by Admiral Rogers to prevent them, the abuse of various monitoring methods by Mueller's team, Marie Yovonovich's monitoring of journalists, and now this. It is one continual abuse of power and the reasons are simple; ideological power. If they lose in 2020...if they lose this impeachment battle...unbelievable. |

It costs nothing to say nothing will happen, as nothing will happen until something happens. Prepare accordingly. Liberty before comfort.

I believe it was a request to ATT by “HPSCI” ? . Somebody should be able to tell. I’m interested to know if this was a sealed request and how broad the House committee powers extend. It is a bold move to request the Presidents personal lawyers phone records. |

As the Republicans get steamrolled by the Democrats, yet again, remember this
There wasn’t any opposition to Obama to speak of because of fear, Smokey — and the fear was palpable, and the fear was of race. I mean, here we had the first African-American elected president in the history of the country. I guarantee you, even if they had no fear, there was no way the Republican Party was going to publicly, vividly oppose anything, particularly right off the bat and right out of the box. And Obama and the Democrats knew it, and that’s why…
They had that stimulus bill written and ready to go on January 9th. Two weeks, essentially — a week and a half — before Obama was inaugurated. They had it on his desk his first day in office. You contrast that with any Republican. They’ve supposedly been working on repeal and replace of Obamacare since Obamacare, since 2010. And it was just last week that we had the bill presented, and it wasn’t anything like the six repeal bills that they sent to Obama that he vetoed. Look, the Republicans are not made out of the same stuff Democrats are. I mean, Democrats are born to use government, to take it over, to wield its various levers of power to their benefit. Republicans, conservatives, they’re not… We’re not… We don’t even think of government that way. We want to get it to be as invisible as it can and still function. But there’s more to it than that too. I just have run out of time here. But I promise you, Smokey, I’m gonna answer this in full detail when we get back. View Quote Compare how Obama was treated by the Republicans, with how the Democrats are acting towards Trump. Republicans are losers. Have been since '95/96 |
