Quoted: Seriously??? You guys want 2 people prosecuted for engaging in sex acts in a room not open to the public and where no one saw them doing anything in order to be offended? And on page 3 of GD we talk about masturbating while driving and it being OK. View Quote You know it. Same site that has guilty or not guilty threads to celebrate pedophiles. |

Quoted: Defending these homos filming lewd acts that would get anyone else arrested. Avatar checks out. View Quote Not at all. I despise what occurred, but we need to look at the actual laws and how these cases are prosecuted. Now go look up public porn. All those people filming sex in the park or in public. You want them all charged, right?? Even though no one was there and no one was offended in person by it. |

There might be a law against something like that in a better place like the State of Florida....

Lol. There isn't even a two-tier justice system. It's simply doesn't exist anymore.
Because let's be honest. If that was a Republican staffer banging some slut he would have every possible charge imaginable thrown at him. |

Quoted: Empty room and they had access to it. So, not trespass. Not DOC. Not indecent exposure because no one was there to see it. If you walked in on it, you would have the DOC and indecent. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Disorderly conduct, trespass, indecent exposure. That’s what they’d be charged with if they were MAGA people. One of the elements for Trespass in Ohio Revised Code is knowingly entering a premises for use that does not abide by certain purposes, hours, persons, etc. I looked up DC code just now and saw that their trespass laws don’t have that element. |

They do it because they know nothing will happen for not prosecuting. No one holds them accountable

Embarrassing for democrats if prosecuted.
The only reason its going away. |

Capital Police could not prosecute him because he swallowed the evidence ..
|
|
What do people really think they were gonna get charged with?
They worked there, had access and they were not trespassing. A workplace policy violation? Sure all day along. The staffer was fired. Nobody knew about it until they posted the video, the room was empty and there were no witnesses. They could have been fucking in a closet if it wasn't that specific room |
|
Quoted: Could be trespass. They had access to it, but weren't supposed to be there at that time. Also knew they weren't allowed to be having buttsex in that room. J6 people got thrown in jail for being in areas they had access to. Just not at that time. View Quote Pretty sure I saw vid of the police moving some barriers and opening doors for the J6 people. |

that would be 5 CFR 2635.704 and maybe two others...the CFR'S carry the weight of law and are arrestable and chargeable....and seeing how they made all of that stink about the sanctity of that building after J6...anal sex vids being broadcast over the internet should also be met with similiar outrage!

I want to know who was with the staffer. That is why this being swept.

Now they can concentrate on finding the owner of the cocaine. Fucking clown world and 2 tiered banana republic justice.

That's kinda my point. They were buildings often open to the public and they didn't exactly break in. |

I bet if i fucked my supermodel girlfriend there I'd get the J6 hotel plan.

They are gay and enjoy gay porn. They would charge them for not being invited if they could.

He did, however break the Congressional standards or something like that. He got fired for doing gaylord things, and now he's probably working for another communist doing gaylord things. They didn't even investigate the coke left in the Whitehouse, why would they look into this?

Freedom for democrats means freedom from the consequences of their actions

They don't have enough evidence to prosecute. They need video proof to be certain.
