They sent her because no one in her chain of command know the answers either, up to and including the Director Johnson!
She probably only make $125,000 per year before bonus's and we expect her to know her job!

DHS is one of the most fucked up departments in the federal government..at the upper levels it is a revolving door. The lower levels are largely hunkered down or waiting for someone to make a fucking decision.
