I thought this thread was going to be about the "Vincent Black Shadow".
Guess I was wrong. |

So, what exactly is that nondescript, pedestrian-looking bike in the OP? It certainly isn't as interesting as this design: http://www.totalmotorcycle.com/motorcycles/2015/2015-Yamaha-VMAX4.jpg View Quote gpz900r one of the first real sportbikes, one of the fastest bikes of its time as well. Also top gun suckas. |

I've always held this is the sexiest motorcycle ever made http://www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/Gallery/Honda%20CBX1000%2078%20%204.jpg Edited to add: And looks damn sexy in sport touring mode too http://s.hswstatic.com/gif/1981-honda-cbx-1.jpg View Quote Yes, this. 1978-79 Honda CBX. Had one in silver, was 100 hp, IIRC. Very smooth and fairly quick for its day. Much smaller bikes are faster now than it was but a really great looking bike. |

The touring mode is not too bad. 6 cylinders are odd though. |
