I watched the Press Conference and the FBI guy seemed nervous to me compared to the others.

Quoted: It's honestly getting to that point where you have to think someone is looking out for Trump. . . . Sure as fuck isn't the USSS View Quote If I was him id be worried for his family at this point. His grandchildren and baron would be easy targets. If they can’t get him, they’ll try to end him through grief. It’s the commie way. |

Waiting for the soros hired prosecutor to release him on $100 bail and given fresh magazines

Is the USSS going to combine press conferences with the PA shooter? They still owe the public one from that assassination attempt. They might have one this shooting or the next one maybe.

All you never trumpets convinced yet? He’s not perfect but he’s the only choice!

Thank goodness deranged left-wingers have terrible taste in firearms and are too busy conducting political education in Marxist theory to have time to work on their poor marksmanship skills. This is my biggest takeaway. Good thing the unstable nutjobs aren’t particularly smart or skilled. No scopes, match grade ammo, or people with anything remotely resembling PRS experience. Pretty crazy that random nuts are getting that close with rifles, though. |

The lights went out in my bathroom and I missed everything!
I'm glad that President Trump is OK. Democrats certainly can be violent people. |

I've been saying for months, if he lives thru the election as far as I'm concerned it will be divine providence.

Quoted: I'll sit here by this tree with my AK. Trump is bound to walk by. Bullshit. Insiders involved IMO. View Quote Naw, everybody driving by can see when Trump's there. This may end up with more egg on PBSO's face than the SS. If the guy was down that canal he could have been there for a long time without being noticed--generally the perimeter guys are along the road. ETA: I'm assuming the setup was the same as in the past, but I don't know for sure that's what it was today. |

I see a path where an assassination of Trump very quickly devolves our society into a civil war. No expense should be spared in protecting Trump. |

They did say in the presser that since he's not the sitting president he has a smaller team and if he was the sitting president they likely would have had the entire perimeter cleared. He also said they'd probably add more security when he golfs again due to this event. |

That pic isn’t backpacks. He was shielding himself with bullet proof plates or tiles in those.

How many more times will you not be satisfied until they implement a Bureau of Pre-Crime and take someone into custody before they start forming a plan? Protection details are a combined effort. What do you expect, a Marine battalion to secure a 5 mile perimeter? |

I'm not seeing a gas tube on the rifle, so I don't think it's an AK derivative. Looks like a Mini-30.
on second thought, the trigger looks to be far away from the mag, which points to a Saiga. |

Quoted: Traditionally OTR movements are inherently safer, being as they are unplanned. For example, Joe Biden wants to get flowers for Jill at a florist. It is very unlikely a random florist wants to kill the president. Or Clinton wants to get Micky Ds (although that was so common it wasn't really OTR lol) but still it is unlikely a random McDonald's cashier wants to kill the president. View Quote |

Preparing for the incoming 8 pages of arguing about the gun.
They said in the press conference it was an AK. It's a Saiga. I have converted 2 and have another that's unconverted except for modded to take regular 30rnd mags, and it's obviously a Saiga. Looks like the long barrel variant with Monte Carlo stock. Could be converted to take milsurp mags, or could be a Saiga 30rnd mag. |
