If it's something new that works better it will probably be worn by Ukranians and Russians alike within a few months.
It does seem weird watching footage of them fighting each other with both sides sometimes looking straight up like American soldiers |

With today's technology, if a photo of a new pattern gets out it can be copied and on the market in a week. If something better comes up change. But if changing only because some body else has something similar don't waste the money and time to develop it. |

Practically everything we invent ends up getting copied over time so it really doesn't matter what we switch to (just like the old Woodland camo that UBL liked to wear). Hell, even the Iranians are sporting ACU/ABUs:

Caleb Crye of Crye precision is a fucken retard who just couldn't be bothered to protect multicam.
He had some ideas to improve it and make it better.....but alas Greg Thompson the other guy of Crye precision DID have good ideas. But alas..when I attended their shot show parties......one of the reps. told me that they will ride and milk the multicam forever. |

This camo was worn by a Russian in a recent documentary I watched on YouTube. He was a truck driver that moonlighted as a game warden. The jacket he has on has USArmy on it and Airborne patch on the right sleeve. The vest, I’m not sure about either. Is the jacket some kind of novelty knock off?

In the Republic of Ireland - they made it illegal for civilians to wear Irish pattern DPM clothing.
They do not sell surplus Irish Army uniform - destroying it instead. You can buy it from Arktis in UK but not wear it in Ireland. I believe the legislation was aimed at IRA impersonation of Irish Army troops ( they used to infiltrate FCA training grounds and steal weapons) |
