I watched the decoupling, pretty cool, like all them thrusters firing off all at once  several times,

Bet the crew wished they rode it back down, seemed to function perfectly fine..NASA is too jittery, if they are afraid of space deaths they should just send robots, ban all human flights

You have to subscribe using the app. It's extra each month. Total scam. But you get remote start and Apple Space Ship Play.

You might get a better view than me. I know it’s going to cross the Organs into White Sands for its final descent. I may be in the wrong spot to see anything at all.

There are some mountains to the south and some clouds between here and WSMR. IDK, it was a nice ride nonetheless.

I'm not staying up for it.  But I do have two thoughts.

Its reentry time was set for the least media coverage possible, based on the ISS commander's threat to jettison it.  There was a non-zero chance of it catching fire, exploding, or having an uncontrolled propulsive event while docked.  The chance is now zero.  It was going to be separated from the ISS soon regardless.

When it crashes into the roof of the children's hospital in Albuquerque at 900 mph there will be a root cause investigation.  It will be inconclusive.

The re-entry should be visible a few minutes before 10:00 PM MDT.

Double sonic boom about 30 seconds after I lost visibility. It was beautiful!

I’ll have video up shortly.

Engineering success and a priority of caution for safety, the lives of astronauts.

Maybe they can figure out what went wrong now.

That must've been a strange feeling for the two astronauts, watching it re-enter without them onboard.

Vid from the Black Range NM.

ETA: Thanks irons04 for the idea to go check it out. It was much cooler IRL. Clouds were moving in pretty quickly, I figured they would set in before it did.

It took a while, and was faint, but recognizable. I was already packing up when it got here.
