Big ass Summit Racing Equipment sign behind the podium where Hitlery will soon screech! Now you know where not to spend your money. View Quote When are you going to change the thread title? Summit Racing Equipment supports Hitlery |

Damn. That sux because they are a great company that I've spent 10's of thousands with every year. Not anymore.

I will never order from them again. It's the only thing I can do besides my vote. I will not spend a penny at Target, Wendy's etc. I will spend my hard earned $ @ merchants that want to move America back towards God. And not become the babalyon of satan that the Holy Bible say's will be destroyed. Due too their sinfulness... How did I miss this gem I love these guys. Too bad many of them get banned. |

Libtards hate hotrods, etc. If they could outright ban performance vehicles of any types and put businesses like Summit out they would do it in a heartbeat and without a single qualm. They lobbied hard for all pre-75 vehicles to be emission exempt in CA, for one. We had a rolling 25yr exemption for emission testing for vehicles, that would now include up to 1990. But it was the libtards that got that law stopped at pre-75. And it was Arnold that signed that law, despite Jay Leno specifically asking him not to. |

Yes, keep thinking that Hillarys campaign missed a huge banner in the back as every other logo was stripped for the venue. Keep in mind, I have spent big money with Summit over 20 years. I hope this is a jump to conclusions moment, but knowing what I do about how campaigns are run, I seriously fucking doubt it. See: Team Wendy View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

There's literally 2-3 things I buy from summit racing and they sell them cheap. They could literally be funding the re-creation of Hitler with the DNA trapped in a hunk of amber contained within a mosquito, with a whole think tank coming up with what to teach the re-created Hitler in order to bring upon the Vril black sun and I would still patronize them.

Like Target or any other business, their shareholders have one goal - profit. By jumping into political issues it alienates customers, does nothing to boost sales (especially in performance car parts market) and will only cost market share and hurt stock values.
That said if they do not wish to get "Targeted" via boycotts, they should have an emergency board meeting fire those responsible for joining politics with their business an issue a formal public apology...or prepare for the aftermath. This is why many business (smart ones) do not allow politics or public employees like cash resister people and such to wear political tshirts or discus politics with customers. I've bought a lot of stuff from Summit...no more until they retract their support for the most vile corrupt, anti-American politician to ever run in the US. I'll be sending them an email shortly telling them to delete my account there. |

So...are we gonna go Team Wendy on them or not?
I got plans and I need to schedule a block of time for my hate and rage. |

OP, change the damn thread title.
Summit does NOT support Hillary. |

Since it seem that Summit doesn't support hillary, perhaps you should boycott trump who has proudly and loudly supported hillary for years.
just sayin |

Here's an email that summit just sent out.
Summit Racing had nothing to do with the décor of the venue for Mrs. Clinton’s speech. It was hosted at the Fort Hayes Metropolitan Education Center, a facility that offers automotive career training classes. We were not aware of the banner’s existence until the speech began to air. We did not put up the banner nor did we authorize anyone else to do so. Summit Racing’s customers include Republicans, Democrats, and independents. We as a company do not take a position on any candidate or in any election. We hope that our customers and other automotive enthusiasts understand our position. We much prefer to talk to you about our shared love of all things racing and high performance. We appreciate your business. Thank you, Collin Summit Racing Equipment |

The original thread title was VERY misleading. Please stop attacking each other over jumping to conclusions without a proper mat, etc. |

Sucks for them, but if I was in there shoes I'd be doing damage control and contacting the Clinton campaign.
You can't see that picture and just assume that no one is going to make the connection. I just googled "Summit Racing Hillary" and there are a couple other forums making the connection as well. |

Regardless of if it's intentional or not I think it's not the most unreasonable association to make. Like I said in my post above I just googled "Summit Racing Hillary" and below AR15 there were two other forums asking the same question (although with slightly more ambiguous thread titles) EDIT -Yellowbullet is the other one with a similar thread title whoever that is |

Yeah, I don't think OP was trying to mislead anyone.
I don't think he's a Jegs operative, either. He drew a reasonable conclusion, seeing a company's banner displayed at a political event. Once again, I'm glad it turned out to be false. |
