On a more serious note, Rocky Mountain Oysters. Breaded and fried with your choice of dipping sauce.

Carolina mustard based style BBQ. http://www.amazon.com/Maurices-Southern-Gold%C2%AE-Sauce-Original/dp/B0042U90LO
Some hipster IPA beer from Colorado. They aren't known for much else there anymore. Even Magpul got the fuck out. Don't forget the DJ Kush from Denver as well. |
|
Brownies, yeah that's what comes to mind for typical CO snacks...Brownies.
You could make some Guacamole and call it a big bowl of the Green Sticky Icky but I would still opt for some brownies. |
|
The Big Favorite local foodstuff in the Charlotte Area is McDonalds.
|
|
I would go with food from the region who's team is going to win, so Carolina based food.
|
|
The burrito is the official dish of Colorado.
eta, Denver omelettes? |
|
Don't over complicate things.
Just set out a bowl of Fig Newtons and a few cases of Fat Tire and you're good to go. |
|
I guess some Bojangles' would work too?
ETA: had to move the ' |

Yeah Hatch Green Chili seems to be the local thing around here.

First one to serve rotisserie Panther and Bronco Jerky wins. Now.. you may have to go to an Asian restaurant supply house to get the cat and horse meat...

|
OP,
WTF are you cutting in your post>? And since Carolina is going to wipe the floor with the Broncos i would suggest Pork. It is the food of the gods. and don't be fooled by mustard sauce. Only retards who date their cousins in SC eat that crap. |
|
I'm not sure about the rest of the Carolinas, but this (or any apple flavored pulled pork) is very common in the Lowcountry. Usually served with no bbq sauce, just the juice from the slow cooker.
Something like this is very common at the "mom and pop hole in the wall" diners with recipes passed down for generations. |

You could do some Denver omelettes, anything smother in green chili, find a good Colorado IPA for drink (fuck fat tire).
For Carolina-centric food... idk... you could do some... shit in a bun maybe. All kidding aside, pulled pork with some good carolina bbq sauce. |

Carolina:
Low Country boil, a.k.a., Frogmoore Stew Bunch of ears of corn, cut in half Bunch of shrimp Bunch of potatoes, cut into ~2" chunks Bunch of kielbasa or similar sausage, cut into large bite sized chunks Bunch of Old Bay seasoning Bunch of water Bunch of fire Combine above ingredients, except fire. Place the combination over the fire until it tastes delicious. Dump on a picnic table covered with newspaper and dig in with both hands. |

Carolina BBQ. Maybe NC has some good beer. Otherwise, go with kolorado beers with the exception of Flat Tire and any on the Keep Colorado Local rent-seeking protectionist website.
Go Broncos! |
