If you like it like that you owe it to yourself to try a flour tortilla for your crust.

In the oven or on the grill at 400 for 10 min comes out perfect every time.

I've wondered about that after trying the super thin crust peperoni pizza from Dominoes at the neighbors.  I'm gonna need to give that a try.

Been doing it for years. I use the low carb ones. 6 grams of carbs each. Grandkids even like them.

Yep this is a game changer. I can have a pepperoni pizza done in the air fryer in about 6-7 minutes total.

There's nothing any pizza place, box store or local, that has anything like this.

When its finished cooking we're talking cracker consistency but maybe 3-4 sheets of paper thick.

Its fantastic if you like that kind of pizza.

America could use a little less food.

If you can't get full using a large burrito tortilla IDK what to tell you. They're the perfect "personal" sized pizza.

Sometimes I only eat half, depends how hungry I am.

Same here.  Everyone from my 91 year old Mother to my 18 month old granddaughter love these.  Mother, Sister, Niece, SIL, Wife, Grandniece all request them when I am doing the cooking.  They like the fact that they a quick to cook and everyone can have a personal size pizza exactly like they want it.

Back in the 90's, when low-fat was the accepted way to lose weight (and it worked very well for me), I would do this with toast, pizza sauce and grated parmesan cheese.  I was in grad school and living in the dorms, so money was tight and I didn't have much in the way of food prep appliances.  Two of those would satisfy me quite well.

When we do a homemade pizza night, I use a low carb tortilla instead while the rest of the family uses regular crusts.

I wouldn’t say it perfectly mimics a thin crust pizza, but it’s close enough to not feel deprived and enjoy it.

OK, try this now...

Roll out a pound of ground sausage between 2 sheets of parchment, stick it on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 450 for 10-15 min. Pull it out and cool it down. Remove the parchment and then add pizza toppings. Bake again on a cookie sheet for 10 min at 400. (give or take) Then cut it like you would any pizza and serve. Low carb, delicious thin crust pizza.

I'm looking forward to it. Didn't have time today but hopefully this week.

I need to try the tortilla crusts now, I've never actually tried that. I get random hankerings for pizza

Even better if you can find a local bakery that makes pita bread, much better than store bought.

Canned mushrooms?  Seriously?
View Quote View All Quotes
View All Quotes

I used all my fresh ones to make the escargot and mushrooms hors d'oeuvres.

Sounds like I cook my "pizza" differently than most.  I ...

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Perforate the the tortilla with a fork or meat tenderizer to prevent any "bubbling"
- Put tortilla in the oven directly on the rack for 5 - 6 minutes
- Microwave the pizza sauce until it is warm
- Remove the tortilla and add sauce, cheese & any other ingredients
- Put pizza on a cookie sheet and put that in the oven for 5 - 6 additional minutes
- Pull, slice & enjoy

Since I only cook the additional ingredients (including mushrooms) for 5-6 minutes, I'm not certain that real mushrooms would have time to cook, thus the use of canned mushrooms.

@tortilla-flats
Not his link but here is a taco pizza link.

These are low carb.  Walmart pizza sauce is cheap, good and the lowest carb sauce we have found.
