Arfcom is supposed to be the place where you can throw out an obscure reference and someone will catch it. But cornhskr got really close . That History Channel show "Alone," has convinced me that most people that think they will survive in the woods won't last two weeks.
On the off chance that the OP and I, while exploring the woods, come across a survival doomsday movie plot.....I will strongly consider knee capping the OP and run the other way.

Drop down, low crawl to a defaladed location. Let the enemy waste their ammunition and think they have destroyed Me. Depending on the enemies element size, weapons, equipment, etc would influence my next action. Small element with shit training movment/communication/ shit weapons I could either ambush and destroy or could leave the location only to track them later.
Large element with superior weapons and skills... well time adapt and over come to escape by all means! |
