"systemic racism" only exists in fantasy for the most part (save for actual things like affirmative action). People claim it exists by only evaluating outcomes. Various people go through systems (like the criminal justice system) and there are disparities based on race, ergo the system is racist. However to arrive at this conclusion they have to absolutely ignore the disparities in INPUT to those systems. Inputs would completely explain the disparities in outcome.

This ^ its the only thing I can remotely think of that qualifies as "systemic racism".

It is however, a key component of their new religion.  Like original sin, it's something you have already that following their loonybin worldview is supposed to remove. But someone else decides if it was enough and when it happens. (Hint: it doesn't.)

The only thing missing is some big MLM investment scheme but I am sure that's coming.
