Made out like a bandit today. Feel like I committed sodomy. You see the rifle on the left,more specifically the upper on the left.
SS Olympic arms match barrel a slick side DPMS upper and a Young's M16 chrome BCG with the 4X glass. He borrowed it once. Took it to the range and shot his best groups ever with it. When I told him I might sell it he offed to trade me something for it OK? Today he calls and asks if he can come over. He just bought a rifle from KE arms and got a half price rifle upper. By the way I though rifle was 20" not 18" but oh well. He brought it over and we traded. He is happy as hell and I am too. I can't stand when a deal is made that someone had to get screwed. First is the upper on the left second is mt lower after I got my Magpul stuff on. Then was test fitting the KE upper. So witch should I keep? The KE came with a tac latch and seems really well put together. Have no clue who made the rail I know Young does a lot of work for them. Anyone have a opinion. The Palmetto upper is thrown in for scale.

Yeah I try my best not to get into the lured into troll threads like that. How the fuck is that a straw purchase? Buying a gun that you are not the intended owner. I understand the reasoning but it's GD. Unless he gave her the cash, i dont think it rates as a straw purchase. He just said he let's her buy the guns. even here it's completely legal for me to give my wife a handgun or long gun w/o doing any paper work for the 'transfer....' i swear man this shit people get their panites in a bunch about on here |
