| I am not saying that it will happen, but it has happened in the past, that these 10 Antidiots could be charged in both state and federal courts. Johnson County is in the Northern District of Texas. I worked with federal prosecutors in the Western District a couple counties south of Alvarado on numerous cases where the suspect was prosecuted in state court and got time and then pleaded guilty in Federal court for the same crime and the sentences were served consecutively. This is a high profile crime and with Bondi's DOJ I can see it happening. |

| I could be wrong, but state charges can not be pandered by president, would have to be pardoned by governor. They are probably expecting a federal pardon after Trump's term. They will be mistaken. That said, it is very important that they get both federal and state convictions. |
