I'll just leave this here for the usual suspects.  That "blue wave " the dems were hoping on was baised on Hispanic voters. We all can see how that turned out.

A popular misconception is assuming that because 39 percent of the Texas population is Hispanic that their electoral participation should be of similar proportions. In reality, fewer than 5 million of Texas’ 11 million Hispanics are eligible to vote. That’s only 20 percent of the state population and about 30 percent of all registered voters.

Ted Cruz drew %39 of the Hispanic vote. Abbot drew almost %60.

We now continue with the hysterical drama.

Those are the kill shot.

Read somewhere the other day that 2,000,000 hispanic young adults will come of voting age in TX in the next 5 years.

Generational hispanics who came here legally generations ago are a mixed bag. Still mostly majority leftist but not monolithically so.
Anchor babies on the other hand? Yeah, 99.9% of them will vote Dem.
None are going to vote for the guys who want to deport mom, dad and uncle Chuy.

This has played out in CA. Yeah, illegals can't legally vote, but their US born kids can. Their reproduction rates drop when they get here, so the takeover is slower than the left expected. It still happens. Their social conservatism drops away quickly, but their collectivist socialist political views don't.

The reason this subject is pointless to talk about is because there's nothing we can do to stop it from happening.

1. Build a wall. Both parties are aligned against Trump and refuse to give him funding.

2. Increase White birthrates. You can't force materialistic Whites to have children, though you can gloat when they're shipping off to nursing homes with no family to check up on them. Oh, they are so very very fucked.

3. Encourage Whites to move to Texas. Every time we get a relocation thread, here come the morons saying Fuck Off-We're Full in an attempt to disrupt the thread.

Illegals having children in CA is how hispanics became a plurarity and that is key to making CA a Democrat controlled state.

It takes awhile, since the kids have to reach voting age in large numbers. But it will happen in TX, too.

It is highly culture dependent.

Human behaviour is about the only thing that really matters. But that changes over time, even without an influx of outsiders. Such an influx just makes change faster.

It was always a matter of time until we would not do rule of law anymore.

We haven't followed the constitution since FDR was POTUS. Turns out, it is just paper with words written on it, it doesn't enforce itself.

Quoted:
The gap between Texas’ Hispanic and white populations continued to narrow last year when the state gained almost nine Hispanic residents for every additional white resident.

With Hispanics expected to become the largest population group in Texas as soon as 2022, new population estimates released Thursday by the U.S. Census Bureau showed the Hispanic population climbed to nearly 11.4 million — an annual gain of 214,736 through July 2018 and an increase of 1.9 million since 2010.

The white population, meanwhile, grew by just 24,075 last year. Texas still has a bigger white population — up to 11.9 million last year — but it has only grown by roughly 484,000 since 2010. The white population’s growth has been so sluggish this decade that it barely surpassed total growth among Asian Texans, who make up a tiny share of the total population, in the same time period.
