Pecan.

As long as it's pronounced correctly.

I make a killer Kahlua Pecan Pie.

Cherry followed closely by pumpkin pie.  I must say though my wife's chocolate walnut pie is to die for.

As my tastes have matured and I've veered away from sweetness toward spice and flavor, I prefer very mild desserts.

Pumpkin pie for me

Voted Pecan however with pumpkin as a strong second

I once made a half-pecan and half pumpkin pie cheesecake.

It was a full graham cracker crust with the bottom 1” pumpkin cheesecake instead of the pecan pie filling, then like 1/2” of pecan pie filling on top that then topped with the cruisers pecan topping.

It was epic but also took like 1-1/2 days to make.  Kind of like a turducken… it’s pretty awesome when all done, but ultimately not quite worth the squeeze.
