IIRC from an online blog - it's an attempt at a hybrid 'Rail Gun'. So the gun shoots the projectile and then the "box" accelerates the projectile by the use of a magnetic field? If so, that may be impressive. If not, I'm still disappointed. I think the idea is a 'hybrid' use gun powder to get it going but have a magnetic field help accelerate it beyond what powder normally could. Yeah if it works it sure would be interesting. |

Step one, cut a hole in the box. I just did this laugh/bark thing and sprayed spittle on my monitor, damn it! |

Is this the same thing as that in battery indicator thingy mabob?
Why is there a metal box surrounding an AR or was that an Armalite before it got a metal coffin? |

A better mouse trap or another way of coming to the same conclusions?

It's balls in the box just like the other thread that went 18 fucking pages before we were told it was balls and the OP got so loaded he started typing like Charlie Browns algebra teacher after a stroke.
Balls. In the box. BALLS. |

It's people. The box is made out of people. They're making the box out of people. Next thing they'll be breeding us like cattle for boxes. You've gotta tell them. You've gotta tell them!

We put it in a box because it would be humanly impossible to run the numbers on a triangle. Here at Red Jacket, we can weld a 1911 to a flame-thrower and mount it on your truck or your three year-olds tricycle. My guys can make anything out of anything, then we'll let my daughter Stephanie shoot it out of a helo into an outhouse full of tannerite and left over fireworks. It makes a big damn explosion, yessir. My guys can turn your granddad's muzzle-loader into a hot-dog cart that shoots semi-automatic bullets of fire and it will be sure to explode the shit out of a car full of tannerite and left over fireworks. Btw, nice box. |

What do you mean? Do you think I would be silly and make it a triangel? Anyone with common sense knows that squares are superior to triangles. What a noob. He probably would have used a triangle! actually a cylinder would be superior to all... |

Definitely a "game changa" I liked the artsy black & white photos to show how awesome it really is, since actual information is so old school.

Yeah, normal people would probably just throw a FF rail on there and a brake, but I suppose you could just bolt some scrap metal to your gun.

Is that a DPMS .308? And why the gloves? Where did you go OP? Odds are that G men in black suits wearing sunglasses at night took him away. "The Box" will now be black shelved along side the 150 mpg carb, and the cure for AIDS. Now we will never know what exactly it was. |

So theirs no felt recoil guess thats the most one could hope for I guess! someone has way too much time on their time! attention getter I suppose but wrong kind if you ask me !

I was at the range once and a guy pulled an fal out of his car, weird at that range. Then I noticed til had this weird giant barrel. I went over and talked to him and it had something like a 30 inch barrel. He gave me some strange story about getting the barrel cheap because it wasn't down and finished or something |

May I suggest something OP? How bout call it...Da Box? It's kinda ghetto ring to it..I can see hommies rolling in the hood with one of Da Boxes strapped tightly on the roof. Game Changa!

Just a tag so I can come back to page 16 when the OP finally explains what the fuck is going on. Seriously, why not just cover it in feathers or rhinestones if you're not going to tell what the function is? Awesome. |
