I've never seen been able to find a picture that shows what I want, and I can't draw, but
I think a picture that shows an EOD guy in a bomb suit close to the view point, with a large explosion in the back ground from an AC-130 and a squad coming under fire on the right hand side. An afghan style village as the backdrop. Maybe a few humvee's on the left. It's sounds really action movie like when I type it out, but I think it'd look really nice drawn realisticly on grey scale. I'll attempt to draw what I'm trying to describe, but I'm far from an artist. ETA: I realize this doesn't fit #2 but I figured I'd post anyways. |

My GG-grandfather was wounded (for the 2nd time) at the Battle of Petersburg. I don’t expect he’s in this pic but it is great all the same. They marched back to Richmond before mustering out. |

The crew of the B-29 "Waddy’s Wagon” posing to duplicate their caricatures in the nose art.
