The only thing I can think of, since they claim it is "done", is they are adding other stuff as normal maybe stuff that will accompany it and will do a massive dump as a surprise with the main stuff.

If not, then it's not coming lol.

They've merged and un-merged this same openssl update multiple times. It almost looks like they're just doing something to make it look like there's activity (they can't get the mac version to build, apparently).

Or, as you say, maybe they've got something else they're going to load up later.

ive been refreshing binance constantly for the past 30 mins

If you believe in the coin, this is the problem with selling along the way. I played ripple yesterday and though I didn't absolutely max my profits by selling half the stack far too early, it was a short play that I stuck to my guns. Not saying I won't reenter a position either.
