Those of us still in have got less than a week left. I'm anticipating some weekend shenanigans with the wife and then cruising through next Monday and Tuesday with work to do on the farm. NFN.

Still here. Interested to see in how many total peeps are still here when done.
We are 87% complete with November. There has to be a natural next question. Who is going to continue the exercise of self-control into December? Having goals like no X November is nice. Is failing back to old behaviors in December okay? Noticed various reasons or observations listed over the last few weeks for participation. A few at least would seem to lead toward a preference or intent to implement as a permanent lifestyle change. A few others not so much; it was just a November challenge. I suppose it is relevant to your initial rational for starting the challenge in the first place. |

Three kids and their activities coupled with a healthy relationship with the wife means I have neither the time or need to fap. The wife and I keep it pretty regular. That's why it's been pretty easy for me to go no fap. I can continue on because that's what my life is. |

I’m still in for both. Not by choice on the NNN side, but we moved, had holidays, had to do a ton of remodel stuff before we could get settled, I picked up a bunch of shifts at the FD for some extra $$$… all adds up to exhaustion for both me and the wife.
As far as continuing into December, well December 1st at 101am will be known as the second Krakatoa. |

Just a few observations. Getting to bed after work in the morning is more difficult. I don't know if it's related but I feel rundown in the afternoon after I wake up. I also feel a hell of a lot more horny and no relief, well a few more days to go.
