I like the super ball by Whamo! and I like the rubber ball and paddle by either Bolo or fli back. But the greatest of them all was the Sears catalog women's underwear section.

YES!

I used to ride my bike a few blocks to the hobby shop across the highway to get these. So much fun as a kid. Always ended up having to replace the rubber bands I'd use them so much. Until finally the prop would break and then you'd have to get a new one.

This was the most badass NERF gun for it's time. Fully automatic running on a pneumatic system. 20rd drum up front. Emptied in like 5 seconds. Actually kind of hurt getting hit on bare skin from close enough. I tried to fix mine and lost some parts, plus some were broken anyway. Wish I still had it.

Aw man, that brought back memories!  Back in 75 my family just came to the US and lived in an old AF Base in Moses Lake, Washington.  Japan Airlines used the airport facility to train its pilots flying across the Pacific.  They held a contest one time and the basis is to see who could make that rubberband powered airplane fly longest in two tries taking off from a tabletop.  Of about 100 kids, I won first place which was a gas-powered, wire controlled P-51.  For an 8yr old, it was a pretty proud moment.

I bet I covered 5000 miles on mine as a kid. My dad had to order replacement front wheels on several occasions.
i guess I've always been a traveling man of sorts....

My favorite toy of my childhood was actually an M1911A1 "rubber duck". I think it came from my Dad's Artillery battery's arms room - was being discarded as they were moving to the Beretta.

I took that damn thing everywhere. It's no wonder I love the 1911 to this day.

That’s badass. Mine won’t fly straight, but it will do maybe 10-12 seconds airborne flying in a circle.
