US Palm (A US manufacturer of armor, vests, etc. I think relatively recent.) 
USMC in Iraq (IIRC they did this in 1991, and again in 2003)

You'll notice two things: 1. Lots of people thought that the Afrika Korps symbol looked pretty damn cool and decided to copy it. 2. None of them did an exact copy/paste with the swastika. I recall hearing derp about Smith Enterprises well over a decade ago when I was looking for an M14 type rifle...I forget what exactly the issue was back than and I refuse to speculate now from fear of getting sued,  , but what I heard was enough to steer me towards Springfield Armory.

Prussian Hussars under Frederick the Great as well as Polish Hussars also used a death's head emblem on their hats.............not saying it's right or justifying it, but it's another symbol that existed before the Nazis came about
