Ok, crazy idea, so I want to run it by some of you guys who would know better.
I’m sitting on a bunch of federal Power Shok ammo, 175gr lead soft points. It’s a bit inconsistent for me and I plan on having moose or elk this year. I bought these 175gr Nosler ABLRs and I’m wondering if I can just remove the previous bullet and replace it with these. I am aware their is no way to know for sure the powder used in factory ammo so I am trying to inquire about the safety of this. This would also fix me having to sell a kidney for primers or wait a year for a powder alert. Any information is appreciated. Thanks. |

I don’t blame you. I just don’t know anything about OUs in that price range. |

If you have brass that’s small rifle primers, but only have large primers on hand, chuck that brass up in a lathe and go to work.

If uncle Joe wants even one iota of my support when its time to fall back, we split the difference at a half hour and forever abandon this idea.
Seriously, just one time instead of setting the clocks back at 3am, just do it at 0230 and be done with it. |
